Yo-Chi Randwick is hiring a Venue General Manager to lead from the front, elevate a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving strong commercial results. Located in Randwick, this hands-on leadership role focuses on culture, quality and local engagement.

You’ll oversee daily operations, manage labour and costs, recruit and develop staff, and build a vibrant venue community with strong performance on every shift.

Qualificações

• 3-5+ years experience across labour, COGS, and P&L.
• Strong ability to coach, develop and motivate teams in real time.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building great culture.
