Job summary

Yo-Chi Frozen Yogurt is launching a new Hobart venue and seeks an exceptional Venue General Manager to lead the build from ground up. You’ll recruit, train and empower a high-energy team, set the culture and drive exceptional guest experiences with strong operational and commercial focus.

You’ll oversee rosters, stock, quality, presentation, and profitability, while building community ties and delivering Yo-Chi’s vibrant brand in a brand-new market.

• Proven leadership experience managing hospitality, retail or QSR venues.
• Strong operational expertise across rosters, stock and performance metrics.
• Availability across a flexible Monday to Sunday roster.

For the very first time ever, we're bringing Australia's favourite frozen yogurt experience to Tasmania, and we're looking for an exceptional Venue General Manager to lead the launch!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the driving force of the venue, visible, engaged and leading from the front every shift

• Build strong connections with the local Casuarina community and help make Yo-Chi a destination people love

The exciting part

You’ll set the standard, build something special from the ground up, and create a venue the Hobart community can't wait to come back to.

To set you up for success ahead of the Hobart opening, this role will require approximately 4 weeks of paid training in Melbourne, VIC prior to launch. Travel and accommodation support will be provided.
