Job summary

Yo-Chi Frozen Yogurt is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager for our Orion Plaza venue in Ipswich. You will support the Venue Manager, lead a dynamic team, and uphold high energy and standards to deliver our renowned guest experience.

You’ll handle daily operations, rostering, KPI management, and team development, while fostering a positive CHI attitude and a fun, energetic workplace. Applicants must have working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality or retail environments.

What's the Role?

As our Assistant Venue Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action, supporting the Venue Manager, leading your team, keeping energy high, and standards even higher. You'll help deliver our renowned guest experience and share the CHI through everything you do.

From daily operations and rostering to KPI management and team development, you'll play a key role in the success of one of our newest venues at Orion Plaza.
