Job summary

Mingara Leisure Group on the Central Coast is seeking energetic security staff to join our hospitality club. You’ll be the face of our venue, helping ensure safety and delivering excellent guest service.

Part-time/casual roles with nights and weekends available, base pay $27.43–$50.00 per hour, and opportunities for development, gym membership discounts, and staff perks.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full New South Wales 1AC Security License (provisional licenses will not be accepted).
• Current RSA, RCG and First Aid certificates.
• General knowledge and experience of hospitality operations and guiding legislation.
• Ability to work independently, think on your feet, resolve issues and manage tricky situations.
• A high degree of discretion, integrity and confidentiality.
• Must be able to engage in and maintain conversations with guests.

Who are we?

We are Mingara, the greatest Club on the Central Coast, offering a diverse range of facilities. We are looking for an energetic and motivated person to join our Security team. We have part-time opportunities that would suit someone who is either looking to build a career within hospitality or looking for a secure and stable position within our organisation. You can be great within our security team and will also have opportunities to grow and develop into other areas and learn new skills.
