Mastermyne is seeking an experienced Ventilation Supervisor to lead our crews at Centurion in Mackay. This full-time role includes an equal-time roster, travel options, and site-based camp facilities with meals. You will drive safety, quality workmanship, and compliance while supporting the team on the ground. Minimum underground coal experience and current QLD Coal Health Assessment are required, with G1/G8/G9/G2 certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum underground coal experience required.
• Proven leadership and safety-focused approach to supervision.
• G1, G8, G9 and G2 supervisory certifications are essential.

Responsibilities
