Job summary

Mastermyne is seeking experienced Ventilation Supervisors for our underground coal projects in Queensland. You will lead crews on site, uphold rigorous safety and quality standards, and drive productive, compliant operations.

We value reliability, proactive leadership, and a hands-on approach to ensure safe, high-quality workmanship while meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• Underground coal experience essential.
• G1/G8/G9 and G2 supervisory certification required.
• Chemical application/pumping experience is highly desirable.
• Current QLD Coal Health Assessment is required.

You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed, support your team on the ground, and drive high-quality workmanship while maintaining productivity and compliance standards.

Minimum skills and experience required are:

• DemonstratedUnderground Coalexperience is essential, this is not an entry-level position;
• Supervisory certification G1, G8, G9 and G2
• Chemical application / pumping experience - Highly desirable;
• Current QLD Coal Health Assessment;
• Valid Driver’s Licence;
• Signed copies of training transcripts and/or authorisations
