Qualifications

• Underground coal ventilation experience is essential.
• Coordinator level leadership experience in underground coal.
• Proven ability to manage crews and coach/mentor teams.
• Strong report writing and timely delivery of analyses.
• Good stakeholder management with clients and site personnel.
• Valid Supervisory certs: G1/G2/G8/G9.
• QLD Coal Health Assessment current.
• Driver's licence present and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Lead ventilation crews at Centurion and coordinate underground operations.
• Balance operational priorities and support crews to achieve safe, productive outcomes.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and site personnel.
• Prepare, analyse and deliver reports within agreed timeframes.
