Qualifications
- Underground coal ventilation experience is essential.
- Proven coordinator-level experience in underground coal environments.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience leading crews and mentoring.
- Strong reporting and time management skills.
- Must hold supervisory certifications (G1/G8/G9/G2).
- QLD Coal Health Assessment is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead ventilation coordination across crews on site.
