Job summary

Mastermyne is seeking a Ventilation Coordinator to lead underground coal ventilation crews at Centurion. You will balance operational priorities, support crews, and maintain strong relationships with site personnel and clients to drive safe and productive outcomes.

The ideal candidate has underground ventilation experience, proven coordination capability, and a track record of mentoring crews and delivering reports on time.

Qualifications

• Underground coal ventilation experience is essential.
• Coordinator level experience in underground coal environments.
• Ability to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience leading crews, coaching and setting positive examples.
• Ability to deliver reports within agreed timeframes.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Current QLD Coal Health Assessment is required.
• Valid Driver's Licence is mandatory.
• Signed copies of training transcripts/authorisations.
