Job summary

Mastermyne is seeking an experienced Ventilation Supervisor to lead our crews at Centurion in Mackay. This full-time role includes an equal-time roster, travel options, and site-based camp facilities with meals. You will drive safety, quality workmanship, and compliance while supporting the team on the ground. Minimum underground coal experience and current QLD Coal Health Assessment are required, with G1/G8/G9/G2 certifications preferred.

About you:

As a Supervisor, you will be recognised for your reliability, strong commitment to safety, and proactive approach to leadership. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed, support your team on the ground, and drive high-quality workmanship while maintaining productivity and compliance standards.

Minimum skills and experience required are:

• Demonstrated Underground Coal experience is essential, this is not an entry-level position;
• Supervisory certification G1, G8, G9 and G2
• Chemical application / pumping experience - Highly desirable;
• Current QLD Coal Health Assessment;
• Valid Driver’s Licence;
• Signed copies of training transcripts and/or authorisations
