Job summary

Dorevitch Pathology is seeking an experienced Pathology Collector to join our team across Shepparton and Murchison locations. You will perform venepuncture, collect samples, and support diagnostic testing while delivering a positive patient experience across multiple sites.

The role requires Certificate III in Pathology Collection and relevant experience; WWCC and immunisation records may be requested. Training is provided internally on onboarding.

Qualifications

• Previous Pathology Collector experience or RN with venepuncture experience.
• Certificate III in Pathology Collection is required.
• Strong communication and patient rapport abilities.
• Ability to follow procedures, manage priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and manage waiting room interactions with care and professionalism.
• Perform venepuncture and collect other pathology specimens.
• Conduct diagnostic tests as required (ECGs, blood pressure, Holter monitoring).
• Maintain accurate patient records and specimen registers.
