Dorevitch Pathology is seeking a Pathology Collector to cover clinics in Warrnambool, Portland and Hamilton. You will collect blood and other samples, ensuring a patient-centered, professional experience while maintaining precise records and smooth site operations.

This permanent full-time role requires a Certificate III in Pathology Collection and may welcome nurses or nursing students with phlebotomy experience. Training and supportive leadership accompany a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Pathology Collection is required.
• Experience in pathology collection is preferred.
• Nursing qualification or nursing student with phlebotomy experience is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood and other samples with care and accuracy.
• Provide a welcoming, calm and professional experience for patients.
• Prepare and package specimens for transport according to procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and follow required processes.
• Support smooth daily operations across the collection site.
