We value empathy, clear communication, and meticulous record-keeping. A Certificate III in Pathology Collection is required, WWCC compliance, and eligibility to meet immunisation requirements. Training provided on site.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Pathology Collection is required.
• Experience in pathology collection is preferred.
• Nursing experience with phlebotomy welcomed.
• WWCC required or willingness to obtain before starting.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood and other samples with care and accuracy.
• Provide a welcoming, calm and professional experience for patients.
• Prepare and package specimens for transport in line with procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and support daily site operations.
