Job summary

Scorptec is seeking a Vendor Relations Officer in Australia to support warranty processing and technical services. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday from the Greater Dandenong area, focusing on timely issue resolution and strong customer care.

The position requires troubleshooting skills, empathy for customers, and the ability to manage multiple RMAs while adhering to ACCC guidelines. On-site duties and a safe workplace are emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims and perform technical services per procedures.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate warranty tasks: validation, pickups, RMAs, follow-ups, and interdepartmental liaison.
• Perform on-site services: troubleshooting, system upgrades, tune-ups, quote preparation.
• Maintain a tidy, safe workplace in compliance with WorkSafe Victoria and OH&S.

Job description

At the current time, we have aFull-Time(Monday – Friday)opportunity for the right candidate.

As a Vendor Relations Officeryou will be integral to the operation by:

• Processing warranty claims and performing technical services according to company procedures and guidelines,
• Resolving customer issues in a timely manner,
• Handling warranty claims to consist of (but not limited to): Validation of new applications, pickup arrangements, fault duplication and confirmations, distributor RMA applications, and follow-ups, completion of claims, and interdepartmental liaison.
• Performing technical and onsite services comprising of (but not limited to): troubleshooting, system upgrades, system tune-ups, and quote preparation
• Maintaining a tidy, clean, and safe workplace in compliance with WorkSafe Victoria and OH&S procedures.
• Working closely with direct supervisors to achieve performance targets and maintain high-quality outputs.
