Job summary

THE ICONIC seeks a Vendor Management Project Facilitator to streamline vendor and supplier processes and align commercial plans with fulfilment centre capacity. You will support cross-functional projects across logistics, category management and product teams, improving operational workflows and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environments.
• Interest or experience in growing project management or process improvement skills.
• Strong communication, able to explain processes clearly to commercial and operational teams.
• Collaborative mindset to build effective cross-team relationships.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor compliance and shipment data to identify recurring issues.
• Work with Fulfilment Centre leaders to improve stock receiving, putaway, and inventory compliance.
• Coordinate reviews with Category Managers to align buying and fulfilment capacity.
• Support cross-functional process improvement projects across Logistics, Finance, Category Management and Product.
• Contribute to SLAs, onboarding requirements, supplier quality standards and compliance frameworks.
• Represent Vendor Management in operational meetings and forums to share updates and gather feedback.
