Our Client is seeking an ICT Vendor & Contract Management Specialist to join our Procurement team. This senior position will play a key role in managing vendor relationships, improving contract compliance, and driving value across our ICT procurement activities, with a focus on the organisation's largest and most critical vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with business-critical ICT vendors and ensure compliance.
• Develop and implement vendor management strategies and tools across all ICT suppliers.
• Provide guidance to teams to improve vendor management practices and outcomes.
• Oversee high-priority contracts and manage relationships with critical vendors in both projects and BAU.
• Establish and improve vendor KPIs focusing on service quality, efficiencies, and cost reduction.

Key Skills and Experience:
