THE ICONIC is seeking a Vendor Management Project Facilitator based in NSW to improve how commercial and fulfilment teams collaborate. You will support cross-functional projects, optimize vendor processes, and align commercial plans with fulfilment centre capacity.

You’ll work with Category Management, Fulfilment Centre Operations and Vendor Management teams to turn operational insights into practical improvements across the vendor lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Supply chain, logistics, e-commerce or retail environment.
• Experience or interest in growing your project management, process improvement or strategic operation skill set.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly to commercial and operational teams.
• Collaborative approach and ability to build relationships across teams.
• Strong attention to detail when mapping workflows and tracking measures.
• Good organisation and time-management with initiative to meet deadlines.
• Ability to stay calm and follow procedures in a changing environment.

A Bit About The Role

We are seeking a Vendor Management Project Facilitator to help improve the way our commercial and fulfilment teams work together. You’ll support cross-functional projects that strengthen vendor and supplier processes, improve operational workflows and help ensure commercial plans align with fulfilment centre capacity.

You’ll work closely with Category Management, Fulfilment Centre Operations and Vendor Management teams, turning operational insights into practical improvements across the vendor and seller lifecycle.

What You Will Do

• Review vendor compliance and shipment data to identify recurring issues with delivery, packaging, product quality and quantities.
• Work with Fulfilment Centre leaders to identify bottlenecks and improve stock receiving, putaway and inventory compliance processes.
• Coordinate regular operational reviews with Category Managers, helping align buying schedules and commercial priorities with fulfilment centre capacity.
• Support the planning and delivery of cross-functional process improvement projects across Logistics, Finance, Category Management and Product.
• Contribute to vendor service-level agreements, onboarding requirements, supplier quality standards and compliance frameworks.
• Represent Vendor Management in operational meetings and cross-functional forums, sharing updates, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
• Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures and compliance playbooks with the Seller Success Manager and Vendor Management Team Lead.
• Track project progress and support the adoption of new workflows across relevant teams.
