Job summary

Melton Mazda is seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our founding team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This full-time, front-line sales role covers from first enquiry to test drive, finance, handover and beyond.

You will work closely with the General Sales Manager and F&I Manager to drive results, maintain product knowledge and ensure compliance while achieving personal targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in an automotive dealership sales role is a must.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivation, resilience and ability to work independently.
• A current driver’s licence with a clean driving record.

About the Role

This is a full-time, front-line sales role for someone who’s ready to hit the ground running. You’ll support customers from first enquiry through to test drive, finance, handover and beyond, working closely with the General Sales Manager and F&I Manager to deliver strong results.
