FleetPartners in Melbourne is seeking a Purchasing & Settlements Officer to own the customer journey from vehicle assignment to final lease activation. You will work closely with Sales, dealerships and customers to keep orders moving and settlements compliant and on time.

Ideal candidates will manage finance applications, order pipelines and documentation with accuracy, while maintaining strong customer service.

Formación

• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Familiarity with Automotive Fleet Leasing or Asset Finance is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and submit finance applications within required timeframes.
• Place vehicle orders with dealerships and manage end-to-end order pipeline.
• Ensure settlements meet compliance and policy requirements.
• Execute legal documentation accurately and per policies.
• Manage settlement preparation and submission within timelines.
• Prioritise settlement workflows to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Support external audit activities as required.
