Job summary

Maclean Financial is seeking a Settlements Officer to own the settlements function from approval through to payout and delivery. You’ll run the process confidently and independently, working closely with our brokers, credit team and lenders.

You’ll manage asset finance settlements across a busy pipeline, review documentation for accuracy, check invoices and bank details, and coordinate payouts to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in asset finance settlements.
• Solid understanding of settlement workflows, lender conditions and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own asset finance settlements across a busy, fast-moving pipeline.
• Process settlements for commercial asset finance transactions (equipment, trucks, vehicles, machinery).
• Prepare, review and confirm all settlement documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Check tax invoices, verify supplier details and bank accounts; arrange insurance notings.
