Compass is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Driver) to deliver and collect vehicles, keep them clean, and provide a seamless handover experience for customers after an accident.

You’ll navigate to locations using GPS, follow company procedures, and work with the branch team to meet daily customer needs while maintaining a professional appearance and strong customer service focus.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Clear communication and reliability in a team setting.
• Physically fit for washing, cleaning and moving vehicles.
• Well-presented and professional in appearance.
• Confident using mobile devices/tablets for data entry.
• Previous driving or vehicle-handling experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Driving vehicles to and from customer locations using GPS and traffic apps.
• Delivering, collecting, washing, and preparing vehicles per company procedures.
• Conducting vehicle inspections and reporting faults, damage, or maintenance needs.
• Following safety, traffic, and vehicle care protocols.
• Working with your branch team to support daily schedules and customer needs.
