Job summary

I'm in the Right, an Australian owned accident management company, is seeking a compassionate, energetic Vehicle Delivery Agent for our Prospect branch. The role is full time with hours 12:00pm to 8:30pm, rostered between those times, supporting customers with delivery and collection of replacement vehicles.

Qualifications

Current Unrestricted Australian Driver's license (manual not required).
Current Driver’s record from State Authority at the time of interview.
Excellent interpersonal, customer care and communication skills.
A "Go Getter" attitude with an enthusiastic personality.
An ability to work on your own, as well as in a team.
A commitment to high quality standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver and collect replacement vehicles at the customer’s chosen place and time.
Assist with collecting basic customer information.
Clean vehicles to prepare for the next customer.
