Compass is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Driver) in Sydney to deliver and collect vehicles, ensuring cleanliness and a smooth handover for customers. You will work with the branch team to support daily schedules and provide exceptional service after accidents.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, reliable and professional, with good communication and basic data-entry skills on mobile devices or tablets.

Formación

• Customer service focus; experience in any industry welcomed.
• Strong communication, reliability and team spirit.
• Physically fit to wash, clean and move vehicles safely.
• Well-presented and professional in appearance.
• Confident using mobile devices or tablets for data entry.
• Driving or vehicle-handling experience is a bonus, not required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and collect vehicles to and from customer locations.
• Ensure vehicles are spotless and well-prepared per procedures.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report faults or maintenance needs.
• Follow safety, traffic and vehicle-care protocols.
• Coordinate with branch team to support daily schedules and customer needs.
