Job summary

Green by Nature, Australia’s leading landscape services business, is seeking a hands-on team leader in the ACT. You will lead and develop team members and apprentices, work directly with your crew, and ensure work is completed to a high standard.

You’ll operate and maintain tools and equipment, reporting progress and safety concerns to your manager. You will bring a Certificate III in Landscape Construction, Horticulture, or Sports Turf, plus proven ability to prioritise work and develop team

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction, Horticulture, Sports Turf or solid industry experience.
• Proven ability to prioritise work and develop team members.
• Sound practical experience with tools and equipment such as mowers, hedgers, whipper snippers, blowers, hand tools and petrol operated equipment.
• Current driver's licence is essential.
• WWVP; Police Check & White Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
