Green by Nature in Sydney's North is seeking an experienced, hands-on leader to guide a mobile crew caring for prestigious client sites. You’ll oversee grounds maintenance tasks, safety, and client satisfaction across Ryde to the Northern Beaches.

The role is full-time and environment-focused, offering career advancement, a supportive team, and a culture that values safety and high-quality outdoor spaces.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in horticulture or proven industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of horticultural techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mobile crew caring for prestigious clients from Ryde to the Northern Beaches.
• Grounds maintenance including mowing, pruning, hedge trimming, weeding, mulching, planting, and general garden care.
• Pest and disease control.
• Ensure all work is completed to a premium standard.
• Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and vehicles safely.
• Report on progress, issues, and suggest improvements.

About You

• You are trade qualified in horticulture or have solid experience in the industry
