Job summary

Slattery Grays Auctions, Australia’s largest national family-owned auction company, seeks a dedicated Valuations Coordinator at the Hexham site. You will be the first contact for valuation enquiries, convert valuers’ work into precise reports, and manage invoicing and debtors, ensuring speed, accuracy and discretion.

You will support the Valuations team with timely report preparation, data entry and confidential handling of client information, while meeting tight deadlines in a busy setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' office administration experience.
• Strong computer skills across the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Accurate touch typing and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer valuation enquiries and coordinate times for valuations with clients and valuers.
• Type and print valuation reports within 24 hours of receipt.
• Finalise reports for emailing within 24 hours of typing and valuation approval.
• Manage turnaround of desktop valuations and data entry for invoices.
• Oversee debtors and recovery actions with monthly follow-ups for 30+ day accounts.
• Implement internal checks to ensure accuracy of reports and invoices.
• Produce reports as required and maintain client confidentiality.
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders and maintain records.
