Lead a team, drive asset value, develop remarketing strategies, and maintain strong vendor and buyer engagement while ensuring we meet KPIs and industry standards. This role is permanent and full-time based in Hexham.

Qualificações

• Senior operations leader with experience in auctions or logistics.
• Proven people leadership and calm, confident approach.
• Strong knowledge of trucks, plant and industrial equipment.
• Solid negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Highly organised and deadline-focused.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Commitment to WHS and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver auctions: Plan and run all scheduled industrial and general equipment auctions, online and onsite.
• Lead the yard: Direct the yard team to meet deadlines and KPIs.
• Maximise results: Develop remarketing strategies and coordinate with Marketing.
• Own client relationships: Manage clients and vendors end to end.
• Value assets: Support auction estimates and valuations.
• Coordinate logistics: Organise transport contractors.
• Drive buyer engagement: Foster bidding and negotiate outcomes.
• Champion safety: Lead WHS meetings and compliance.
