Sci-Fleet Toyota, Australia’s leading Toyota dealership, is seeking an experienced Car Sales Consultant for the Indooroopilly Used Vehicles team. This high-volume role focuses on identifying customers, understanding needs and delivering tailored vehicle solutions while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The successful candidate will build relationships, maintain product knowledge, drive sales targets, and participate in ongoing training within a supportive, high-performing team

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in automotive sales or similar sales-focused role.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, motivated and results-driven approach.
• Genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Willingness to continually learn, develop and improve sales techniques.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to contribute to a high-performing team.
