Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience, ideally in new vehicles.
• A current Queensland Motor Salesperson license.
• A strong track record of customer service, follow-up and sales performance.
• A positive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, confident communication and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey from first enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
• Build rapport, understand customer needs and confidently recommend the right Toyota.
• Manage leads, follow-up activity and appointments with discipline.
• Conduct engaging vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Negotiate and close sales while delivering a transparent, professional experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, product knowledge and sales documentation.
