Job summary

Castle Hill Toyota is seeking a dynamic Used Car Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team. This full-time role is based at our North West & Hills District of Sydney dealership.

You will deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales of quality used vehicles and helping customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. Qualifications

• Experience as Sales Consultant or Sales Representative, preferably automotive/retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with rapport-building ability.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven approach.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and used vehicle market is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
• Customer-focused and resilient with a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming customers to the dealership in a warm and professional manner.
• Conducting needs assessments to understand customer requirements and preferences.
• Presenting and demonstrating used vehicles aligned with customer needs and budget.
• Providing detailed product knowledge about features, specifications and benefits.
• Negotiating sales terms and pricing to close deals while maintaining profitability.
• Preparing and processing sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Managing follow-up communications to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintaining an organised inventory and staying updated on current stock.
• Achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Building and maintaining a customer database for future opportunities.
• Collaborating with finance and administration teams to ensure smooth transaction completion.
