Job summary

Grand Motors Toyota in Southport on the sunny Gold Coast is seeking a motivated Used Vehicles Sales consultant to join a long-established dealership. You will help customers find the right vehicle, deliver exceptional service, and drive sales in a fast-paced team environment.

Earn around AUD 120,000 per year with an uncapped commission structure, plus ongoing training, team events, and parking. This role suits someone who is people-focused, car-savvy, and target-driven.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred; training provided.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets.
• Take pride in presentation and professionalism.
• Customer-first approach at every step.
• Able to follow dealership processes.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport with customers.
• QLD Driver's License (manual) with clean record.
• QLD Motor Vehicle Sales License (or willing to obtain one).
• Working rights within Australia.
• Available to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Sell used vehicles to customers and meet sales targets.
• Present vehicles professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Update CRM and data entry with accurate information following sales processes.
• Contribute to team events, training, and dealership culture.
