Job summary

Atlas Copco in Mackay is seeking a Service Sales Representative to manage and grow a portfolio of customers, boosting uptime and performance through tailored service and aftermarket solutions across mining, industrial and production environments.

You will build long-term relationships, conduct regular site visits, sell service agreements, parts and aftermarket solutions, and develop your territory and pipeline while collaborating with service technicians and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service or account management.
• A natural ability to build relationships and earn trust.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial thinking and drive to achieve results.
• Motivation to learn and grow in a technical environment.
• Nice to have: mining, compressed air, HVAC, pumps, or mechanical/electrical systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing an existing customer base.
• Selling service agreements, parts & aftermarket solutions.
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer equipment performance.
• Building trusted, long-term relationships.
• Conducting regular site visits and engaging face-to-face with customers across your territory.
• Working closely with service technicians and internal teams.
• Developing your territory and pipeline.
