Atlas Copco seeks a Sales Service Representative based in Mackay to grow aftermarket service plans and contracts. The role combines on-road visits with hybrid work from home, with travel to the Brisbane branch as needed.

You will drive CRM-based sales, develop territory plans, and collaborate with regional managers to win key accounts while expanding market share in compressed air solutions. A strong travel and customer-facing focus is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling service-related business.
• Experience in sales planning, territory management, distributor, OEM and key account development.
• Knowledge of compressed air applications or industrial background desirable.
• Good analytical, communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Use the CRM tool to manage customer contact, pipeline, opportunities and quotations.
• Develop a sound sales engineer business plan with regional managers.
• Collaborate with capital equipment sales colleagues on campaigns.
• Prospect within the sales territory to identify opportunities and key accounts.
• Maintain regular communication with regional management on opportunities and feedback.
• Attend toolbox meetings and update branch staff on sales and market intelligence.
• Travel to Brisbane branch when required.
