Job summary

Zimmer Biomet Upper Extremities Clinical Support Representative in Far North Queensland supports surgeons, theatre teams and healthcare professionals across Mackay, Cairns or Townsville. This field-based role requires clinical credibility, strong communication and the ability to travel up to 90% within the territory to deliver case support and in-service training.

You'll work to optimise product usage, build trusted relationships and contribute to sales objectives while delivering outstanding

Qualifications

Clinical credibility and ability to support surgeons, theatre teams and healthcare professionals.
Strong communication skills to build trust with clinical stakeholders.
Proactive, highly organized with the ability to learn complex clinical/technical information.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality clinical service and case support to customers.
Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, registrars, nurse unit managers, theatre staff and CSSD teams.
Drive appropriate utilisation of Zimmer Biomet solutions and ensure the right product for the right patient.
Lead engagement through case management and in-service training.
Ensure timely return and tracking of instrument sets post-procedure.
Develop surgeon-specific surgical technique and workflow documentation.
Support Sales in executing the Sales Plan and achieving targets.
