Responsibilities

• Owning and executing a Territory Plan to achieve and exceed targets.
• Grow within existing accounts and bring on new business.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, procurement teams and hospital stakeholders.
• Provide high-quality operating theatre support with professionalism and technical expertise.
• Deliver product training, in-services and workshops to customers.
• Lock in case bookings with hospitals and practices and manage case details.
• Coordinate loan sets and ensure trays are case-ready.
• Provide confident, in-the-moment support in theatre.
• Oversee consignment stock and smooth post-case returns.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Owning and executing a Territory Plan to achieve and exceed targets

• Providing high-quality operating theatre support, demonstrating professionalism, preparation and technical expertise

• Managing surgeon preferences and case details with precision
• Coordinating loan sets and ensuring trays are case‑ready
• Providing confident, in‑the‑moment support in theatre
• Overseeing consignment stock and smooth post‑case returns

What Makes You Stand Out

• A degree in Business, Marketing, Health, Nursing, Science or a related field
• 3+ years of proven impact in Orthopaedic clinical support or sales
