Job summary

Mastermyne is seeking experienced Ventilation Supervisors to lead crews at Centurion. You’ll drive safety, productivity, and compliance on-site with a focus on high-quality workmanship. This role suits those who actively support their team and uphold Mastermyne values.

Demonstrated underground coal experience, supervisor certifications, and a valid license are required, with additional training transcripts or authorisations. Camp facilities and a strong benefits package accompany a 7/7 roster.

Qualifications

• Underground coal experience is essential
• Supervisory certification G1, G8, G9 and G2
• Chemical application / pumping experience is desirable
• Current QLD Coal Health Assessment
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Signed copies of training transcripts and/or authorisations

Responsibilities

• Lead crews on site ensuring safety, productivity and compliance
• Demonstrate reliable leadership and proactive ground support
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to Mastermyne standards

Minimum skills and experience required are:

• DemonstratedUnderground Coalexperience is essential, this is not an entry-level position;
• Supervisory certification G1, G8, G9 and G2
• Chemical application / pumping experience - Highly desirable;
• Current QLD Coal Health Assessment;
• Valid Driver’s Licence;
• Signed copies of training transcripts and/or authorisations
