Job summary

Mount Isa Mines in Mt Isa, Queensland, seeks experienced Special Servicepersons for the Fill & Services Department to install or repair vent systems, ducting and bulkheads underground. The role requires handling ventilation components and heavy underground fittings to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Drivers Licence is required.
• Hard working, reliable and ability to work unsupervised.
• Strong focus on safety and quality workmanship.

• Able to troubleshoot and solve problems under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair underground vent, air, water and drain reticulation systems.
• Assist construction crews as required.
