Job summary

Develop Global Limited, a mining services and ownership group, is seeking experienced Underground Electricians for the Woodlawn zinc‑copper project in NSW.

Reporting to the Underground Electrical Supervisor, you will perform electrical maintenance and installation in a safe, compliant environment. Enjoy a 7:7 roster, full-time role, attractive remuneration, and opportunities to develop your operational skills.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification is required.
• HV switching ticket is desirable.
• Current C-class driver’s licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance and installation tasks for underground infrastructure.
• Ensure work complies with safety, OHS&E and company procedures.
• Complete documentation/logs to required levels.
• Work with minimal supervision and across departments as needed.
• Attend pre-start inspections and hazard analysis as scheduled.

• OceanaGold's (TSX: OGC) Waihi North Gold Project; and
• Core Lithium's (ASX: CXO) Finniss Lithium Operation.

Opportunities for Underground Electricians

Develop's Woodlawn Copper-Zinc mine is located in the world-class Lachlan Fold belt in NSW, 250km south-west of Sydney.

Woodlawn is an advanced stage mine with the first two years of underground production already developed and a near new processing plant and related infrastructure in place. Additional investment in the asset over the last two years as yielded a new, underground exclusive mine plan, backed by reserves for the next ten years.

We are currently seeking experienced Underground Electricians to join our growing team at our Woodlawn zinc‑copper project in NSW.

Reporting to the Underground Electrical Supervisor, the Underground Electricians primary role to utilise skills and knowledge to complete electrical maintenance and installation tasks of electrical infrastructure within the operations, in a safe and productive work environment by ensuring all work practices/procedures meet statutory, Company OHS&E and Company operational standards within the Electrical Department.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensure maintenance conducted as required to the manufacturer's recommendation and procedures.
• Ensure all defects or repairs reported as required.
• Ensure diagnostic skills and technical skills are to acceptable standards.
• Ensure all work undertaken is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with standard workplace practices and procedures.
• Ensure all documentation/logs are completed to required levels.
• Ensure work is carried out with the minimum of disruption.
• Ensure workshop and general work areas have a high level of housekeeping.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and autonomously for most tasks.
• Ability to perform in cross departmental requirements.
• Ensure Job Hazard Analysis development and reviews are completed within scheduled time.
• Pre‑start/work area inspections carried out at every shift.

About You

• Electrical Trade Qualification.
• High Voltage switching ticket (desirable).
• Current C Class Drivers Licence.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the mining industry.
• Flexibility to adapt to improved procedures and practices.
• Senior First Aid Certificate.
• Awareness of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations.
