Job summary

Develop is seeking a Warehouse Officer for the Woodlawn Copper Zinc Mine, Tarago NSW. You will deliver high‑quality warehouse services and efficient inventory management to sustain surface and underground operations. This is a 6‑month max term contract with a 5:2 / 4:3 roster.

You will manage purchases, stock levels, POs, and stocktakes, while operating forklifts and following health and safety standards. Requires mining warehousing experience and relevant licences.

Qualifications

• 3 years warehousing experience with exposure to mining/mill operations.
• LF High Risk Work Licence and a valid manual drivers licence.
• First Aid certificate or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard of warehouse services across Woodlawn operation.
• Purchase consumables and stores items; raise and receiptreceipt POs.
• Pick and deliver stores items promptly; maintain stock levels.

In parallel, the Company is progressing its Pioneer Dome Lithium Project in WA towards production.

The second part of Develop's business focuses on the delivery of underground mining services. Develop currently has agreements in place to provide underground mining services to:

• OceanaGold's (TSX: OGC) Waihi North Gold Project; and
• Core Lithium's (ASX: CXO) Finniss Lithium Operation.

The Opportunity:

DEVELOP's Woodlawn Copper-Zinc mine is located in the world-class Lachlan Fold belt in NSW, 250km south-west of Sydney.

Woodlawn is an advanced stage mine with the first two years of underground production already developed and a near new processing plant and related infrastructure in place. Additional investment in the asset over the last two years has yielded a new underground exclusive mine plan, backed by reserves for the next ten years.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Officer to join the growing team at Woodlawn Copper Zinc Mine located in Tarago, NSW.

Reporting to the Senior Warehouse Supervisor, the primary role of the Warehouse Officer is to deliver a high quality of warehouse services and provide efficient inventory management to ensure uninterrupted operations to the Surface and Underground Warehouse.

This role is offered on a 6-month max term contract , 5:2 / 4:3 roster.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Provide a consistent high standard of warehouse services across the Woodlawn Operation
• Purchasing of consumables and stores items
• Ensure purchase orders are raised and receipted in accordance with policy
• Picking and delivering stores items in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain minimum/maximum stock levels to ensure efficient inventory management
• Perform stocktakes
• Forklift and other heavy machine operations
• Engage in manual handling tasks
• Maintain general day to day stores management
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in all work areas
• Maintain a high standard of health and safety within your work responsibilities
• Other duties as required

About You:

• 3 years prior Warehousing experience
• Mining and Mill operations experience highly regarded
• Computer and ERP system knowledge (Pronto desirable)
• Experience in logistics and transport
• Knowledge of supply processes and stocktaking
• Strong organisational skills including time management
• Professional verbal and communication skills
• Skills to deliver high standard of customer service
• Current LF High Risk Work Licence
• Current Valid Manual Drivers Licence
• Current First Aid Certificate or ability to obtain
• Unlimited Working Rights in Australia and a current National Police Clearance (or ability to apply)
• Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical and D&A Screen
