Job summary

Develop Global Limited is seeking a reliable Process Operator to join the Woodlawn Operation in NSW. Reporting to the Process Coordinator, you will operate and monitor site infrastructure including pumps, evaporators and water transfer systems, performing routine inspections and data recording.

The role emphasises safety, environmental compliance and collaboration with production and maintenance teams to optimise site water balance and support ongoing infrastructure activities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor site pumps, evaporators and water transfer systems.
• Inspect dams, ponds, pipelines, valves and related infrastructure.
• Monitor water levels, freeboard, flow rates and changing weather conditions.
• Complete plant pre-start and operational checks in accordance with procedures.
• Perform minor maintenance, cleaning and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Identify and report leaks, equipment faults, hazards and environmental risks.
• Record operational data, inspection results and water movements.
• Monitor plant performance and analyse operational data in line with established guidelines.
• Support drainage, spraying, pumping and other general site infrastructure activities.
• Help reduce the site water balance by optimising evaporation through mechanical, natural and reagent-based methods.
• Complete daily tasks, report relevant data and provide operational feedback to key stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with production and maintenance personnel to achieve site objectives.
• Follow all safety, environmental, isolation and operating procedures.
• Complete other duties as directed by the Supervisor.

Job description

Develop (ASX:DVP) has a twin-pronged strategy to drive long term growth and value creation across both mine ownership and mining services.

The first of these centres on the development and production of future facing metals. As part of this, Develop has successfully declared commercial production at its Woodlawn Copper-Zinc Project in NSW, achieving and exceeding steady state throughput rates, while rapidly advancing the Sulphur Springs Zinc-Copper Project in WA. In parallel, the company is progressing it's Pioneer Dome Lithium Project in WA.

The second plank of Develop's strategy centres on the provision of underground mining services. As part of this, Develop has agreements to provide underground mining services to:

• Oceana Gold's (TSX:OGC), Waihi North Gold Project; and
• Core Lithium's (ASX:CXO), Finniss Lithium Operation

Woodlawn Copper-Zine Mine

DEVELOP's Woodlawn Copper-Zinc mine is located in the world-class Lachlan Fold belt in NSW, 250km south-west of Sydney.

Woodlawn is an advanced stage mine with the first two years of underground production already developed and a near new processing plant and related infrastructure in place. Additional investment in the asset over the last two years has yielded a new underground exclusive mine plan, backed by reserves for the next ten years.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Process Operators to join our team at our Woodlawn Operation in NSW.

Reporting to the Process Coordinator, the Site Infrastructure Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring and maintaining site infrastructure, including pumps, evaporators and water transfer systems.
