About the position:
We have an exciting position available for an Administration Officer who will play a key part in our on-site operations by providing timely and accurate administrative support. Thisis a Permanent Part-Time position based at our Mallee Hay site in Ultima, working approx. 25 hours per week. (Days/hours to be discussed with the successful candidate).
As an Administration Officer you’ll play a vital role in supporting product processing. Your key duties will include accurate data entry, reception duties, weighbridge operations, product testing and order processing. You’ll also have the opportunity to showcase your organisational skills by handling a wide variety of administrative tasks. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth functioning across our site.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast -paced environment, possess exceptional attention to detail and has a knack for juggling multiple responsibilities. Proficiency in data entry, compliance and strong people skills will be crucial for success in this role.
