Narrogin Hay Pty Ltd, part of the Pentarch Group, is seeking an Administration Supervisor to join our site on a permanent, full‑time basis. This is a hands‑on and varied role that plays a vital part in the site’s daily operations and provides direction and guidance to our Administration Officer.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, this role provides a variety of administration support to our site including office coordination, visitor and site compliance, product scheduling, dispatch and product sampling.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, possesses exceptional attention to detail and has a knack for juggling multiple responsibilities. Proficiency in data entry, purchasing systems, and report generation will be crucial for success in this role.
