The Pentarch Group is recruiting casual Mobile Plant Operators for our Mallee Hay Business in Ultima, Victoria. Local applicants with a LF license and a strong work ethic are invited to join a friendly team and operate on 10-12 hour day and night shifts on a rotating basis.

We offer a competitive hourly rate plus casual loading, shift loading and super, with opportunities to grow skills in manufacturing and warehouse operations within a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations preferred.

About The Position

We have multiple positions available for Mobile Plant Operators for our Mallee Hay Business in Ultima, Victoria. We are recruiting casual employees with can-do attitude and strong work ethic to join our friendly and supportive team.

Please note, applicants must be able to work rotating 10-12 hour day and night shifts (Monthly rotations) and be local to the Ultima area.

We are offering $27.25 + Casual Loading & Shift Loading + Super.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

• The loading and unloading of containers.
• General manual handling duties
• Sorting and strapping loads
• General ad-hoc duties regarding the day-to-day maintenance and operations of our plant

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have

• A current valid forklift license (LF Ticket) is essential.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality of work.
• Have a positive attitude, be both reliable and punctual.
• The ability to conduct some manually handle duties.
• Previous experience with manual handling work is preferred.
• Have demonstrated experience of working effectively within a team environment.
