Job summary

Ramsay Health Care, a leading Australian hospital operator, is seeking a Project Manager to drive the Workforce Optimisation program, focusing on implementing a future-focused rostering operating model across the organisation. The role involves coordinating diverse workstreams, engaging stakeholders, and delivering standardised frameworks and tools for sustainable adoption.

The 18-month fixed-term contract may be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience delivering UKG Pro WFM implementations.
• Knowledge of rostering operating models and advanced scheduling.
• Experience with Workday integrations and data flows.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Strong governance and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Support scoping, solution development, pilot implementation and rollout preparation.
• Monitor risks, issues and dependencies and prepare governance materials.
• Collaborate with Operations, People, Finance, Technology, Change and Training teams.
• Create standardized frameworks, templates, toolkits and process documentation.
• Coordinate workshops, track progress and capture lessons learned.
