TSPV/TSPA |Gateway Team Lead – Secure Network & Service Operations – ACT/SA – Onsite
Lead day-to-day operations across a complex secure gateway environment, ensuring critical services remain available, resilient and compliant with security requirements. This role is suited to an experienced ICT operations leader with strong gateway, network or integration experience, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate incident response, service improvement and executive priorities.
This is an onsite role based in ACT or SA.

Work Arrangement: Onsite
Contract Duration: Initial 12-month contract, with 2 x 12-month extension options
Security Clearance Requirement: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV or TSPA clearance to perform this role.

Essential Tasks

• Lead daily gateway operations and maintain availability of critical services and components
• Investigate service outages, security incidents and availability breaches and coordinate remedial actions
• Manage operational priorities, information flow and resource alignment across technical and leadership teams
• Drive stakeholder engagement, service management and continuous improvement across the environment

Key Criteria

• Demonstrated experience delivering or managing gateway, network, integration or secure ICT services in a complex government environment
• Strong executive and technical stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to navigate complex technical environments and resolve operational issues
• Experience managing service performance and continuous improvement against agreed service levels
