You will ensure the availability, security, and operational effectiveness of gateway services while coordinating with senior leadership, technical teams, and key stakeholders to drive improvements and incident response in a highly secure setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering or managing gateway, network, integration or secure service capabilities in a large and complex ICT Government capability environment.
• Proven strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across senior executives and technical teams.
• Demonstrated experience navigating complex technical and operational environments to produce and maintain solutions.
• Proven experience in problem solving and issue resolution.
• Experience managing service management or continuous improvement activities to meet service levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational management of critical gateway services and components.
• Ensure service availability targets are achieved and maintained.
• Provide guidance on service availability planning, design, resilience, and improvement initiatives.
• Investigate outages and security incidents, driving remediation actions.
• Coordinate priorities, schedules, and communications across leadership and technical stakeholders.
• Provide timely information, reporting, and operational insights to leadership.
