Job summary

Kinexus, in partnership with the Australian Signals Directorate, is recruiting Operations Coordinators/Gateway Leads to plan gateway activities and manage escalations across the environment. You will ensure daily operations run smoothly and critical services remain available, while coordinating with senior leadership.

The role is Canberra or Adelaide based on assignment, initially 12 months with extensions; applicants must obtain TSPV clearance.

Qualifications

• ASD Organisation Suitability Assessment (OSA) must be completed prior to commencement.
• TSPV clearance is essential for this role.
• Initial 12-month contract with 2 x 12-month extensions.
• Role available in Canberra (ACT) or Adelaide (SA).

Responsibilities

• Provides advice and guidance on the planning, design and improvement of service and component availability.
• Investigates all breaches of availability targets and service non-availability and initiates remedial activities.
• Manages and prioritises the schedules and communication of senior managers and leadership teams to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
• Ensures managers have the information and resources needed to support ongoing processes and changes in processes.
• Engages and collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders, including those at the management level.
• Gains agreement from stakeholders to conclusions and recommendations.
