Job summary

Compas Pty Ltd, a Canberra-based recruitment and services company, seeks an Onsite Cleared Operations Coordinator Team Lead for ACT or SA. The role requires TSPV/TSPA clearance and Australian citizenship, with a 12-month initial contract and two 12-month extensions.

TSPV/PA – Cleared Operations Coordinator Team Lead (Onsite – ACT / SA)

Lead the day-to-day coordination of critical operational services in a secure, high-tempo environment. This role is suited to an experienced Operations Coordinator or Team Lead with strong service availability, incident analysis, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills. Full-time onsite attendance is required.

Contract Duration: Initial 12-month contract, with 2 x 12-month extension options

Security Clearance Requirement Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV/TSPA clearance to perform this role.
