Job summary

Knauf Australia is seeking a Customer Service Operator - Driver at the Horsley Park site to support warehousing, deliveries, trade store operations and customer service. You will perform duties across loading, unloading, documentation, and general warehouse tasks from Monday to Friday, 6am–3pm.

The role requires MR licence, forklift licence or willingness to obtain, and full Australian working rights, with a police check and pre-employment medical as part of the process.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and complete necessary paperwork.
• Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management.
• General warehouse duties & house keeping.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries.

• Ability to work from the Horsley Park site full time – (Mon-Fri 6am-3pm)

About the Role

As a Customer Service Operator - Driver, you will have the responsibility for working across all aspects of a warehousing environment including undertaking deliveries via truck, trade store operations, customer service, warehousing and general duties

Some tasks as part of this role include:
