Job summary

Knauf Australia is seeking a Customer Service Operator – Forklift Driver to join our Horsley Park trade store. You will handle daily distribution tasks, assist customers face-to-face and over the phone, and help with picking, packing and loading.

This full-time role requires a forklift licence, physical fitness for daily manual handling, and compliance with pre-employment checks. You’ll work Mon-Fri 6am-3pm and enjoy on-site parking and competitive hourly pay.

• Valid Police Check
• Valid forklift licence
• Be physically fit and comfortable with daily manual handling
• Successful completion of pre-employment medical

Responsibilities

• Dealing with Customers face-to-face & over the phone
• Picking & Packing orders on a daily basis
• Regularly check & make up orders
• Receipt goods & checking off paperwork while maintaining due diligence
• Loading/unloading customer vehicles
• Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management
• Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures
• Assist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained
• General warehouse duties & housekeeping

About The Role

As a Customer Service Operator – Forklift Driver you will report to the Trade Store Manager, where you will be responsible for distribution activities through the daily operations of the Horsley Park trade store.

Some Tasks As Part Of This Role Include
